Dedicated to giving back and providing for her community, Ashley V. Galvin has established herself as the selfless leader of numerous impactful companies geared toward helping people when they need it most. She has been the co-owner, alongside her husband, Grey, and director of operations at St. Christina’s EMS since 2008 and the owner of St. Christina’s Ambulance Service LLC since 2011—both in Wharton, Texas. Subsequently, the two started Sacred Care Transportation in 2012 and opened a home health business, Sacred Care Home Health, in 2014—in 2020, they also established another location for St. Christina’s Ambulance Service in Orlando, Florida. In addition to these responsibilities, they run St. Christina’s CPR and Training, through which safety protocols are taught to the public, and firefighters and EMT personnel are trained, and another business, Old Bull Investment Group, wherein she makes various investments and strives to help others in this area. Ms. Galvin and her husband were driven to set up these companies because there was a major need for them in their hometown in Texas.
Ms. Galvin also prides herself in contributing to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the local police department, loading an ambulance full of toys and giving them to needy children. She has found it most rewarding to reach out to so many different people over the years, touching lives, and seeing them pay it forward—which makes her feel good. Looking toward the future, she hopes to achieve more within the medical community, and one day start her own law firm to help those who require affordable legal assistance. “Some people need someone to fight for them because they can’t afford an attorney,” she said.
Attributing her success to her family’s unwavering support through her productivity—especially her husband and five children—Ms. Galvin is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from South University, Tampa. She encourages all aspiring women business leaders to live by her motto: “She believed she could, so she did.”
